Joysun Arbor flat mini flap discs are small yet effective abrasive discs that are compatible with pneumatic straight and angle grinders. These mini flap discs themselves are designed and produced by using aluminum oxide, zirconium oxide, ceramic alumina and silicon carbide abrasive cloth bonded to a reinforced fiberglass backing plate and reinforced plastic backing plate in flat form with straight arbor.

The smaller diameter of these mini flap discs is ideal for working in confined spaces and also for materials with contours that make them hard to reach. You can achieve the same grinding effectiveness as with larger abrasive products but with added flexibility. The arbor flat mini flap discs are particularly suited for surface processing carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium, and a wide range of other metals.
