Surface Conditioning Mounted Flap Wheels

Joysun Alumina surface conditioning mounted flap wheels are designed and manufactured using high quality synthetic fiber mesh (Scotch Brite Brand) that is coated with aluminum oxide grains that are INOX rated free of iron, sulfur, and chlorinated fillers.

The 3D rigid structures of this flap wheels can provide excellent finishing effects. The high performance of surface conditioning mounted wheels can produce highly uniform finishes each time and can be relied upon for an extended working life compared to traditional abrasive tools. The conditioning tools are suitable for various metals, plastics, rubber and wood.
