Surface Conditioning Flap Wheels

Joysun Alumina series of Surface Conditioning mounted flap wheels are constructed from a synthetic fiber mesh (Scotch-Brite) that is infused with an aluminum oxide grain along with INOX rated sulfur and chlorinated filling agents.

These surface conditioning mounted flap wheels are softer and more flexible than many of other abrasive grinding wheels and discs. The smaller grain provides a good finishing effect without damaging the surface of some more sensitive materials such as plastics, rubber and wood.
