Joysun Alumina arbor surface conditioning discs have been specially designed to operate with die grinders and right angle grinders. They feature a center hole on each disc that can be fastened to a steel shank by flanges so that they can be used individually or stacked. Each conditioning disc features a highly flexible open cell structure and non-woven fleece material. They are perfect for conditioning hard to reach areas, particularly for abnormally shaped workpieces.

The arbor surface conditioning discs deliver maximum efficiency, optimal grinding performance and extended working life when processing carbon steel, stainless steel, and high temperature alloys. The arbor holes can be reduced to smaller diameters with a reducer bushing.
